FAQ

Questions, answered.

SaniBook is a directory and knowledge platform for Kenya's sanitation sector. It helps counties, utilities, NGOs, businesses and households find approved organisations, products and services, and evidence of what works — across the full service chain from containment to reuse.

Every organisation, product and knowledge entry is reviewed by the SaniBook team before it appears publicly. Approval means the listing met our publication checks. It is not a guarantee of product quality.

No. A standard organisation listing is free. Paid plans raise how many products and knowledge entries your organisation can publish, and the SaniBook team sets them up with you directly.

No. SaniBook does not take payments between buyers and suppliers. Send an enquiry from a listing and the organisation replies to you directly to agree prices and delivery.

Contributors submit articles, evidence and project write-ups. Each entry stays private until a reviewer approves it, and reviewers can send it back with notes when changes are needed.

No. Published knowledge and standard listings are free for everyone to read.
